Because our high-performance monofins and bifins are precision-engineered and often built-to-order, we adhere to a specific exchange protocol to maintain the highest quality standards for all athletes.

Exchange Policy & Conditions

WaterWay Fins accepts exchanges within 14 days of the order shipment date. To be eligible, items must be in new, unused condition with original tags intact and all packaging included. Please note that customers are responsible for round-trip shipping charges (from your location to our manufacturer workshop and back). Shipping costs are determined by the specific item and local carrier rates. Payment fees are non-refundable.

How to Process an Exchange

1. Contact Support: Email our customer service team at orders@waterwayfins.eu to initiate the request.
2. Verification: Receive a confirmation email and the authorized return shipping address.
3. Select New Item: Choose your replacement gear; a price difference payment may be required if the new item is of higher value.
4. Ship the Goods: Deliver the original item to our warehouse for inspection.
5. Final Approval: Once we confirm the item is undamaged and in brand-new condition, we will process and ship your exchange.

Returns & Order Cancellations

Since the majority of our professional fins and monofins are built-to-order and customized for individual performance, products are non-returnable and are not sold on a trial basis. Order cancellations and full refunds are only permitted within the first 24 hours after the order is placed. After this period, production begins and the order is locked.

Color Availability Disclaimer

Due to high global demand for WaterWay Fins equipment, we may occasionally experience stock fluctuations for specific colors. If your selected color (primarily for masks and bags) is unavailable, our team will supply the closest matching professional alternative to ensure your training is not delayed.
